Dear Nickolas Allen,
We reviewed your correspondence concerning your mother, Pamela Sue Martin, regarding content on allancervantes.com.
After reviewing your letter, we are not removing content at this time. You made general allegations but you did not identify any specific pages or content you are requesting be removed.
If you, your mother, or an authorized party would like us to consider removing or editing specific content, please email survivor@allancervantes.com and include:
- The specific URL(s) of the page(s) in question, and
- The exact content you believe should be removed or modified, along with a brief explanation.
Since you are acting as a legal representative for your mother, we would also require verification of your authority. Please provide one of the following:
- A copy of a Power of Attorney or signed authorization letter from the individual(s) you represent, or
- Other satisfactory evidence of your legal authority.
Once we receive the specific details and verification of your authority, we will review the matter.
