I met with a mother and her daughter in Los Cabos January 30, 2026.
Mom turned over daughter’s IG messages with Allan. She was 14 at the time Allan pursued her, now she is 16, ready and willing to testify. Date/timestamped messages archived and protected. She was forced to block Allan on all social media.
Allan violates children: using his cousin’s son and nephews as shields to cover his tracks and two minor females he pursued while telling PSM & CC that he loves them!
